| Komercijalni opis
Za modelsku godinu 2023. fox float 36 prošao je ažuriranje. Nova krunica vilice osigurava veću izdržljivost pri manjoj težini (-20g).
Float 36 može se pohvaliti novim potopnim i potkoljenicom, nadograđenim hvataljkom GRIP2 (samo tvornička serija) ili FIT4 uloškom i naravno novom grafičkom slikom.
Vilica je opremljena novom 15-milimetarskom lebdećom osom za pojačavanje (15mm QR x 110mm), koja osigurava još veću krutost i posljedično smanjuje trenje tijekom samog rada ovjesa. Potopne cijevi od 36 milimetara dodatno se tretiraju trajnim i iznimno glatkim Kashima premazom (samo serije FACTORY). U suradnji s Float EVOL-om zračna opruga zaslužna je za iznimno responzivnu operaciju, koja je ove godine dodatno poboljšana zbog zračnog kanala u potkoljenicama vilice. Zračni kanal također održava cijeli sustav ovjesa stalno podmazanim, tako da vilica dugo ostaje "svježa". Cijeli paket upotpunjuje poznati GRIP2 uložak, koji je najpoželjniji među enduro i dh vozačima. To je zbog kvalitete operacije i fleksibilnosti želja pojedinca. Uložak je ove godine nadograđen patentiranom VVC tehnologijom, pružajući postavku u hodu kroz četiri vanjske postavke do sada. Točka na i dodaje gumbe koji su do sada viđeni samo na Fox Float 40, DH vilici i nude mogućnost prijeboja atmosferskog tlaka zbog visinske ili temperaturne razlike.
Plutajuća osovina – PLUTAJUĆA
OSOVINA
Nova plutajuća "os i nova 15-milimetarska osovina vilice inovativno rješava umetanje prednjeg kotača. Rezultat je povećana krutost i smanjuje trenje djelovanja same vilice.
Na desnoj nozi nalazi se "plutajući" odstojnik, koji precizno preflikuje širinu šake, koju želimo montirati u vilicu kako bismo postigli maksimalnu krutost spoja. To sprječava uvijanje nogu i, kao rezultat, neželjeno povećano trenje između potopnih i potkoljenica vilice. Vilice su serijski opremljene issom koja omogućuje ugradnju prednjeg kotača bez upotrebe alata (QR). Također je moguće koristiti novu os Kabolt-X, koja osim manje težine nudi još veću krutost torzijske vilice.
Zračni kanal potkoljenice – KANALI POTKOLJENICE
Prilikom pritiskanja (kompresije) vilice, volumen unutar potkoljenica se smanjuje i posljedično povećava tlak zraka. Što se vilica više komprimira, to je veći pritisak. Kao rezultat toga, dolazi do neželjenog povećanja progresivnosti vilice, a time i nemogućnosti korištenja cijelog moždanog udara vilice. Rješenje ovog problema je u novim zračnim kanalima, koji drastično povećavaju količinu zraka u potkoljenicama kako bi riješili ovaj problem.
Zračni kanali imaju još jednu dobru značajku. Ulje za podmazivanje lakše je cirkulirati kroz unutarnje potkoljenice, stalno podmazujući klizače i uljni prsten pod prašnjavim brtvama. Vilica stoga dugo ostaje "svježa".
Ventil za niveliranje tlaka — BLEEDERS
Ventili na stražnjoj strani potkoljenica omogućuju izravnavanje atmosferskog tlaka jednostavnim pritiskom na gumb. Povećanje tlaka u potkoljenicama uvelike narušava djelovanje vilice. Najviše utjecaja ima na odziv ovjesa na manje vibracije i mogućnost korištenja cijelog takta vilice..
Most potkoljenice – LUK POTKOLJENICE
Krutost u odnosu na težinu krajnji je kriterij u biciklističkoj industriji. Inženjeri posvećuju bezbroj sati pronalaženju prave veze. Novi vilični most rezultat je takvih istraživanja, jer je s manjom težinom most još jači. Međutim, inženjeri nisu zaboravili moderne biciklističke trendove, koji zahtijevaju korištenje širih dimenzija slojeva i masivnijih okvira za glavu (osobito ugljika).

U srednjem dijelu hoda pruža veću potporu, što sprječava gubitak hoda zbog kočenja prednjom kočnicom. Novi uložak također ima znatno niže trenje, što dodatno poboljšava osjetljivost na manju neravnomjernu ness.
GRIP2 uložak omogućuje čak četiri neovisne postavke. Na vrhu uloška nalaze se brzi (8-stupanjski) i spori (16 razina) gumbi za kompresiju, a mi na dnu brze (8 razina) i spore (16 razina) povratne (HSR/LSR) vilice.

PROBLEM: Kada je SAG prebrzo postavljen na punu brzinu, a često i "zakuca" vilicu do kraja (dno prema van).
RJEŠENJE: Umetnite više odstojnika kako bi ovjes bio progresivniji i, kao rezultat toga, radio bolje.
PROBLEM: Nemojte u potpunosti iskoristiti cijelu šetnju prilikom postavljanja SAG-a je točna.
RJEŠENJE: Uklonite odstojnike i to će iskoristiti cijelu šetnju. Kao rezultat toga, suspenzija će raditi bolje.
