Potpuno redizajnirana vilica Float 40 podiže standarde ovjesa u DH kategoriji! Cijev za uranjanje od 40 mm u kombinaciji s novim potkoljenicama, nadograđenom GRIP2 (samo tvornička serija) ili GRIP patronom i naravno novi grafički dizajn dovoljni su razlozi da ova vilica ostane najpopularnija među konkurentima u budućnosti.
Vilica je opremljena novom plutajućom osovinom od 20 mm, koja osigurava još veću krutost i posljedično smanjuje trenje tijekom rada ovjesa. Cijevi za uranjanje od 40 mm dodatno su obrađene izdržljivim i iznimno glatkim premazom Kashima (samo FACTORY serija). To, u suradnji sa zračnom oprugom Float EVOL, osigurava iznimno brz rad, koji u kombinaciji sa zračnim kanalom u donjim nogama vilice nudi nevjerojatno mekan rad već u prvom dijelu hoda. Zračni kanal također osigurava stalno podmazivanje cijelog sustava ovjesa, pa vilica dulje ostaje „svježa“. Cijeli paket upotpunjuje poznati GRIP2 uložak, koji je najpoželjniji među enduro i dh vozačima. Razlog je kvaliteta rada i prilagodljivost individualnim željama. Ove godine patrona je nadograđena patentiranom VVC tehnologijom koja pruža do sada neviđenu opciju za postavke "u letu" putem četiri vanjske tipke. Točku na i dodaju gumbi koji nude mogućnost izjednačavanja atmosferskog tlaka zbog visinske ili temperaturne razlike.
GRIP2 uložak
GRIP2 uložak je dizajniran za ventilaciju tijekom rada i stoga održava najvišu razinu performansi u svakom trenutku.
