The Tracer 279 is capable, fast and fun. The bottom link driven rear shock and suspension design creates a bike with plush travel for the roughest of descents, and a firm pedal platform when needed. Perfectly balanced and easy to maneuver the Tracer 279 is totally at home on the roughest, fastest and most technical terrain, and is now available with a Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH/SRAM T-Type compatibility).

FLIP CHIP ADJUSTMENT

The Tracer 279’s ‘Flip Chip’ feature allows you to alter the bike’s geometry between two positions. The High setting is best for everyday enduro terrain, while the Low is more suitable for flow and bike park-style riding.

MIXED 279 WHEELS

The Tracer 279 is designed around a mixed/mullet wheelset, meaning 29″ in front and 27.5″ rear. The mixed wheel design gives you stability and trail flattening speed, but with a little bit more agility (when compared to the Tracer 29) thrown in.

JS TUNED ENDURO LINK

The JS Tuned Enduro Link is a sophisticated suspension system that uses two counter-rotating links to connect the front and rear triangles of the Tracer 279. The links are precisely tuned to separate the pedalling and braking forces from the suspension performance.
